The artist's concept of his art Deleep Subramanian, graduated in Fine Arts from the College of Fine Arts, Trivandrum in Kerala, and completed his postgraduation in Creative Painting from M.S. University of Baroda in India. Practicing as a freelance Painter and Sculptor in UAE and India.
The aesthetic language in Deleep Subramanian’s art derives from the transition of mythological fantasies into the social realism of the present. It is an innate urge to transform perceived images into visual forms through drawing and painting. These images, drawn from the perceptual experiences of life and nature, are associated with a sense that transcends personalized realism, transmuted onto canvas with colours and forms—a journey through an enigmatic subjective world of thoughts and the objectivity of life.
Visual forms are detached from subjective reality, representing the past as monuments of aesthetic objects, while new forms and concepts emerge in thought and evolve into new dimensions. In a primordial space, faded imagery is juxtaposed with new images of the past and present. Thoughts are conceptualized into new forms, beginning and ending in an infinite space with corresponding space-time fragments of life. This is a visuospatial reinterpretation of specific life experiences, recorded on visual media, representing an ongoing visual journey.
