Deepak Patil, a graduate of Raheja School of Art in Mumbai, dived into the worlds of Fine Art and Commercial Art, graduating in 1998. He ventured into animation, contributing his creative talents to studios like 'Silvertoon,"Crest,' and 'Illusion' in Mumbai.
Beyond cinema, he added his touch to projects like 'King' from 'Escotun' in Delhi and crafted delightful animations for children, such as 'Jingle Toon's Chocolate Bungalow' in Aurangabad. From 2D magic to 3D wonders, Patil made his mark on every creative canvas.
Guided by mentors like Vasudeo Kamath Sir and Vijay Achrekar Sir, and working with artists in Sanskar Bharti and Art Society of India, Patil mastered spot landscape creation. In 2007, he transitioned from animation to painting.
Deepak Patil's art is distinguished by his mastery of using sand as a medium. The unique texture and depth achieved through this technique contribute to the distinctiveness of his creations. Additionally, his proficiency in watercolor unveils landscapes that showcase unparalleled skill and artistic finesse. Focusing solely on the canvas, Patil's art became a symphony of colours, captivating art lovers globally. In 2019, at the 'Olympia Art' International Competition, India, led by Patil, secured first place and a gold medal in 'Composition and Landscape,' triumphing over Russia.
