1. Venue (Space for up to 2 Paintings, Size: up to 24” × 24” each).
2. Free Entry Pass (Artist + 1 guest).
3. One Print Catalogues (Digital Catalogues Provided via WhatsApp or Email).
4. One Print Certificates (or Digital Sent via WhatsApp or Email).
5. Photographs (Digital Images via Google Drive link - with invited guests, artists, events, etc.).
6. Media Coverage (Kala Samvad’s website, YouTube, and social media platforms).
7. No commission on Artwork Sales.
Important Notes:
1. Terms and Conditions Apply. The organizers reserve the right to deny admission. Payments are non-refundable.
2. Participants are responsible for delivering their artwork to the venue on time, ensuring its safety, and retrieving it after the event. No compensation will be provided for this.
3. All participants and guests must comply with the Taj Mahal Hotel’s entry policies for access to the Taj Art Gallery.
4. Artwork must be respectful, well-framed, and suitable for display in a civil setting—vulgar or incomplete works will not be accepted.
5. The organizer and curator's decisions are final, and no objections will be entertained.
6. Organizers and curators reserve the right to make any changes to the event without prior notice, in the interest of ensuring its success.

1. Artwork Details – Title, size, medium, price (for catalogue & sticker).
2. Artist Profile – A 250-word bio (Word document) with a photograph.
3. Full Details – Name, education, mobile number, email, city.
4. Copy of Aadhar Card
